This saves everyone money on shipping, allowing you to ultimately buy MORE! Simply remove from the package, use the sun, ambient heat, or a hair drier to soften the decoy and remove any dents. To remove dents simply insert your hand inside the decoy and push out the dents, squeeze the plastic or blow a little air in the valve. Once these are in their full form we recommend you leave them this way.
