Manufactured with the latest IC packages from the USA or Taiwan and a high-quality fiber optical transceiver, our Fast Ethernet Media Converter provides a good electrical characteristic to ensure reliable data transmission and long working life. 6 Group LED indicated lights could fully monitor the working conditions of Media Converters. It is easy for end-users to observe network operations. This media converter provides external power as default, it can be as a stand-alone unit or inserted to MC-RACK-14 (14 slots Converters Rack Chassis) that is sold by Optcore. The MC-EMA11-02x fiber media converter series provides a 2 km(1.2 miles) transmit distance over multi-mode fiber at the wavelength of 1310nm. This series 10/100BASE-TX to 100BASE-FX converter is also provided with SC, ST, and FC connector options for different IT professionals. It is ideal for the applications of network connectivity over fiber in Enterprise and Government networks.
